Minimum Wage Posters Available Free from BOLI

On January 1, 2006, Oregon’s minimum wage increased by 25 cents from $7.25 per hour to $7.50 per hour. This change requires employers to post a new 2006 Minimum Wage poster. Free posters are available on the web site for the Bureau of Labor & Industries:
http://www.boli.state.or.us/BOLI/CRD/C_Postings.shtml

The BOLI web site also provides employers with access to other posters required by various state and federal agencies, as well as explanations about the various posting requirements.

In addition to the free posters which may be downloaded, BOLI sells a composite poster known as the “7-in-1” poster.“ This poster titled: Commonly Required Postings in Oregon includes all the state and federal postings most employers must display. It’s an easy way to stay in compliance and it is the right size (24” x 34”) for employee bulletin boards, lunchrooms, and office doors. It is available in both English and Spanish. Cost of the 7-in-1 poster is $10. An order form is provided on the web site shown above.
