Free We Card Training Offered in Oregon

The Coalition for Responsible Tobacco Retailing will offer three classroom We Card training sessions in Oregon during August 2008, in Tigard, Eugene and Medford. The training sessions are free and open to all retailers (owners, managers and frontline associates).

These two-hour training sessions teach managers and employees how to spot the latest in fake IDs, techniques on how to avoid confrontation, how to properly use age verification tools, plus many more tips on preventing underage tobacco sales. Each session will end with a quiz, allowing participants to test their knowledge.
