NACS Show 2006
October 8-11, 2006
Las Vegas Convention Center

Registration for the NACS Show 2006 is available online:
http://www.nacsonline.com/NACSShow/Home.htm

The web site features news, exhibitor information, educational session handouts and photos from the 2005 Show, plus preliminary information about the NACS Show 2006

Full registration ($275 for NACS members, $425 for other retailers) includes admission to General Sessions, educational session, the expo and Welcome Reception. This rate is good through August 15.

Tuesday, October 10 is Business Strategy Day featuring high-level business programming, plus concurrent sessions on topics such as branding and strategic planning. A General Session and the NACS annual Ideas 2 Go presentation will follow these sessions.

New this year is a partnership with Teen People magazine to host Trendspotter™ panels during the NACS Show 2006. Four teams of young adults will scout the show floor for the hottest products in convenience retailing and present their findings to retailers and manufacturers. The Trendspotter panel discussions will be held on the expo floor and will include interaction with the audience. The Trendspotter panels will be held Tuesday afternoon, October 10 and Wednesday morning, October 11.

The Cool New Products Preview Room will be open all day on Sunday, October 8 and until noon on Monday, October 9, exclusively for “buyers” from retail companies and wholesale distributors. After Monday noon, the Preview Room will be available to anyone wanting to preview the industry’s newest products. Hand-held scanning devices will be given to retailers, wholesalers and distributors to capture information and create customized reports on products in the room. Additional information will be added to the scan data and will include the date the product was released into the convenience channel.
