OLCC Container Rule Effective March 16th |

The OLCC rule governing the number of soft drink bottles and cans, which a retailer store is required, to accept [OAR 845-020-0035] has been modified and the amended rule becomes effective on March 16, 2008. According to changes approved during the 2007 Legislative Session, retailers with less than 5,000 square feet may decline to take more than 50 returned containers per person per day.
