These phone numbers may be provided to your employees or others who may also wish to participate in the legislative process, by making a phone call and telling their legislator how they feel about the proposed tax increases.

Sample Script:

My name is (___) and I own a store in your district that has been in business for (___) years.  I have (___) employees.
                                   

Share information about your business and employees, if your employees have been with you a long time, if you provide benefits for them. 
                                   

I am calling to let you know that I am not opposed to the Healthy Kids Plan, but I am adamantly opposed to the cigarette tax that will be raised to pay for the Plan.  The tax is unreliable and my business will suffer.
