ONSA's Investigation of Available Insurance Programs Continues |
Basic Information Needed from All Interested Store owners… ONSA continues to search for opportunities to assist our individual retail members. The results from previous member surveys indicate that suitable—and affordable— insurance is one the most frequently requested services. However, in order to continue to pursue the available insurance programs, ONSA needs current information about the businesses most interested in participating in an ONSA–sponsored program. Currently, ONSA is investigating a property and liability program and some general information is needed to describe ONSA businesses. You do not need to include your name, nor do you need to be a current member of ONSA to provide this information. This is simply basic information to help describe the types of businesses that may be interested in participating in an available property and liability insurance program. Please complete the survey, clip and mail to: ONSA 1270 Chemeketa St. NE Salem , OR 97301 Thanks for taking the time to help!
Please Return to ONSA by February 4, 2005 I am satisfied with the price I am paying for my property and liability insurance.
